An Update from Malawi
Getting places in Malawi is not easy.
Narrow paths, steep hills, and a route that feels more like a question than a map. But at the end of that road sits a school — full of students eager to learn, eager to know God, and until now, without a single Bible in the entire building.
That just changed.
Kurt Dahlin sent us a video, standing high in the mountains of Malawi with over 300 students gathered to receive Bibles donated through Foursquare Missions Press. These Bibles traveled halfway around the world to get there — thousands of miles, countless hands, and generous hearts making it possible.
In his own words:
“These are Bibles donated through Foursquare Missions Press…
there’s over 300 students here.
This is the first Bible they’ve ever touched.
There’s not one Bible in this classroom — in the entire school.”
For many of these children, today wasn’t just a delivery — it was their very first encounter with Scripture. Imagine growing up without access to a Bible. No verses to read. No stories of hope before bed. No way to hold God’s Word in your own hands.
Now, every student in that classroom has one.
Kurt continued:
“We’re happy we could be here personally to deliver it…
We have kids here who have never touched a Bible before.
We’re just grateful for your heart for reaching the world with the Word of God.”
This moment represents more than a distribution — it’s the heartbeat of the Malawi Project: placing a Bible in the hands of every student in the nation. Student by student. School by school. Village by village. The journey is long, but this reminds us why we go.
Because the Gospel isn’t meant to be scarce.
It’s meant to be shared.
